This session is the little sister of the Friday Shake Off, which takes place every Friday and features slower, softer electronic music.We start the session in a circle, enter into our bodies together, move through journey of electronic music performed live by a DJ, and arrive back in silence. No phones, no talking, just us and our bodies moving, feeling, releasing, connecting. Tickets are limited to ensure sufficient space for everyone.Every body is welcome and no prior dance experience needed. What? "Entaktogen"- touching what's within - music with melodies that touch the heart and a bassline finding it's way right into your bones. Berlin based DJ and producer  plays and produces Progressive House. Having a musical background, she records some of her instruments herself and also provides the vocals on some of her tracks. Playing in different clubs in and around Germany every weekend she is a whirlwind behind the decks and brings that energy right back into the studio - her track “Panama” hit one million streams on Spotify in 2022.She has played highly acclaimed festivals like Burning Man (Digital), Fusion festivals second largest stage Tanzwüste, infamous Nation of Gondwana, and is playing regularly in Clubs like Berlin’s Watergate and Katerblau, Frankfurts’ Tanzhaus West, Hamburg’s Südpol & Waagenbau and many more. She has performed in Germany, Sweden, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, France and did her first Mexico Tour in 2023 where among others she played the prestigious Hardpop Club and Bar Oriente.In 2023 she became a resident of Berlin’s highly acclaimed Riverside Studios founded by Pan Pot’s Tassilo Ippenberger, Martin Eyerer and Jad Souaid.  https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events8/banners/cd791330-1978-11f1-9467-2923091d78de-rimg-w627-h740-dcdcd8de-gmir.jpg About the facilitator is a certified meditation teacher, a DJ and the co-founder of b23. Over the years he deepened his practice through retreats and through his time learning from a Yogi in an Indian ashram. The essence of his work are his own daily practice and his deep curiosity to explore the many ways we can connect with ourselves and others in the present moment. His teaching approach can be described as simple, holistic, playful & heart-centered.
